Tantric Metaportals book
This book is like no other. It takes you into true Tantric states using simple exercises you can do while sitting and gazing at the full color art plates from my Metaportal series. The art acts as mandalas but taking you into the Theta of play, as the images tend to be symetrical, mystical, cosmic, but with a personal, creative, quirky element, playful, enigmatic. There can be a sense of looking at a diety but it is not humanized. There can be a sense of looking at something sexual but it isn't. The surreal visionary art of the imagination takes you into your deepest self in conjunction with the concepts and visualizations, and exercises involving clenching, tongue curling, chanting, and so forth. The exercises are traditional Tantric, and presented slowly enough you can easily get them while staying in a trancelike space. You can then use them any time. They are the very basic parts of the Kumbaka breath retention used in the Tantric videos, and my lessons, and they take you into a journey, with the art, of ego dissolution as the Kundalini type energies move up the spine.
