I also do sessions of all kinds at my home in the Outer Sunset of San Francisco. At times, I travel to rural Alabama, or elsewhere.
We meditate together going into deep states with Tantric exercises, and then interact with ourselves and each other while staying in the blissful level of consciousness. We become non local, and can direct our attention to whatever locality or project we want to influence beneficially. We become Lila, god's play, and channel through whatever is best, without it needing to be healing, as it can be improvement on something that is already functioning well. In the state of Lucid Play, it can be just feeling that everything is perfect as it is, can be just feeling the bliss, buzzing the ecstatic beingness. According to Tantra, we are the divine playing through us, and the more we laugh, play, flow with the life force, love, move from the depths of our being rather than our ego and conscious mind, the more we are acting as Shakti and Shiva's dance.
Many people like to go to yoga classes, meditation classes, workshops, partly because of being able to meet others who have similar interests, sharing that bliss with them silently, eyes closed, in lotus postions, or within prescribed interactions. Howver, once the class is over, there is little time for talk, and usually, talk it is. But what about avoiding talk and interacting in other ways? What about really, really meeting each other as the divine beings we are, but without the new age seriousness, in a mode of fun. In Lucid Play, there are no sexual expectations, unlike most Tantric Workshops, no need to pair up and exchange sexual energy unless you want to. It is a more comfortable, relaxed environment which also is wide open to being as flirtatious and expressive as you like, moving energy in huge firey blasts up your bodies together, sparking through your fingertips, rolling over each other like sensual kittens.
These classes bring you to new awareness of what your phsycic, healing, creative, and other skills really are. Going into these deep states and interacting will allow you to see and feel auras, phsycally pick up things about each other, send healing energy, induce and share waking dreams, and so on. Each class can be tailored for the individual interests and skill, and each may end up with some art form, whether painting, video, poetry, installations, sculpture, etc, which can be submitted for publication. Attendees are also encouraged to submit their own works done in a state of Lucid Play.
Lucid Play is great for the corporate environment, if the workers are open minded. It gives them a break to do stretches, breathing, relax and get centered, and have a good time, before going back to work, making them more productive, with fewer sick days, better dynamics, more creative, more alert and less stressed, with better ability to work with both sides of the brain.
Lucid Play is great for wellness centers as it helps people heal beyond the usual medical field's expertise. There are many advanced techniques which use NLP, hypnosis, aura reading, lucid psychodrama, accupressure and reflexology, simulacrum healing, hypnogogic questioning, work with crystals, and much more.
