LucidPlay is not only focused on healing, and spiritual evolution, but also on the creative arts such as writing and art. There are many techniques available to bring out new inspirations and mastery of your chosen field, an area you are interested in exploring, and in specific LucidPlay creative work that will be therapeutic, and spiritually progressive.
I can guide you to write what I call Lucid Fiction, writing from an expanded consciousness to go beyond the traditional ideas of what reality and humanity are. The very structures of plot and descriptions of interactions are different. This type of writing can be done for the goal of publication, or for the goal of delving into the parts of the self that are not accessible normally. We can also write together, see what we come up with. And as a group event, we all participate at times, and also divide up into couples writing together.
You might use art within a therapeutic session, drawing with your left hand to access your hidden side, perhaps, drawing like dreaming to discover what is going on with you. You may also use these sessions to increase your brilliance in your own artwork.
I am a well published creative writer, with an MFA in writing from the Iowa Writer's Program, and taught writing regularly in Universities at FSU, Iowa, and Memphis State.
