Hypnosis traditionally accesses the subconscious, and Lucidplay hypnosis does just that. As hypnosis takes us down, down, down into alpha brain waves, Lucidplay goes deeply below that into Theta with the symbolism, the dreamlike imagery, the hypnogogic type experiences and you may want to manifest what you see during the session.
It also takes you into the expanded self, as we generally begin with traditional Tantric exercises to help you experience your more powerful, wise, eternal self beyond the ego's agenda, beyond the individual incarnated story.
This may be a kind of deprogramming from the hypnosis of the human condition.
I am fully there for you as a certified hypnotist, certified hypnotherapist and NLP practioner, and certified past life regression therapist, and you are also participating as well.
I do hypnotherapy in afternoons and evenings, all through the week.
In the Outer Sunset of San Francisco.
Most types of hypnosis sessions such as simple past life regression, can be
two hours for the first appointment, and one hour for subsequent ones
if desired. These require a 50 dollar non refundable deposit, with Paypal or credit card, which is part of the overall fee. Hypnosis sessions can be done at my home if you are comfortable with a casual setting. They are 160 altogether for two hours,
and 100 for one hour. For most types of work, we will want to schedule 2 hours for the first session, and realize that in specific cases, we may strongly benefit by going longer than that, for which you need to be prepared to pay if it is significant. We can discuss that before we get started. Three hour sessions are 200.
For some types of hypnotherapy, 100 must be prepaid, non refundable, and must be scheduled for three hours for 500 dollars. Paranormal type hypnosis investigations must be applied for on an individual basis.
Pay deposit with credit card here for a session

Renzo's Hypnosis
Renzo remembered more important details than he is sharing here, but this brief recap of what he experienced while he was under gives some sense of what a hypnotherapy session is like.
Something Really Interesting
I hypnotized Alyson with a past life regression, which solved a multigenerational puzzle, freeing her and those around her from violent hauntings, and answering some questions with quite a dramatic appearance of the entity. I'm starting to post scenes from the actual hypnosis session here.
Alyson's Hypnosis
This shows the very end of my suggestions, and then you hear her immediately going into past life memories. This is a very involved case, and a whole lifetime of mystery was solved by this hypnosis. I'm including a little of it here.
Hypnosis of Caitlin.... (some "language")
Caitlin is here recounting a little bit of what her experience was like when she was hypnotized. She also went into much more detail off camera, but you can see a bit of what to expect you may go through.
You may be more able to go under than you think
Many people feel they are not hypnotizable, but being able to take into consideration which type of suggestibility a person has makes a big difference. A hypnotherapist not taking that into account may not use the correct methods. Also, as some types of hypnotic personalty are different from those depicted as the standard for what hypnosis feels like, many may be mislead about what hypnosis would feel like for their type.
Many hypnotherapists only use the progressive relaxation methods, and those are not as effective as the full overload method. If you've been to see someone who only tried to relax you, no wonder you weren't hypnotized.
Be who you really know you are
Hypnotherapy helps reclaim who you really are. You are a spirit that is pulsating out from this moment, from your higher self through your aura, manifesting into your denser body, which is more visible. You are eternally present, powerful, wise, full of the light of consciousness. And that large self has been going by the rules of limitation by playing along in this body, this story, this history of your life. And it's a good thing.
But, do you ever feel like you'd like to stop being a slave to how you were raised, the habits you formed, things that have affected your life in the past? Do you ever want to just be what you want to be, from this moment onward?
It's easier said than done.
But it's very often possible, to a realistic degree, and often, seemingly miraculously so.
Working on meridians, doing release work, and other forms of healing can help the process along, but hypnotherapy can be integral to revising the path your life is on. To keep from staying on the same track you're on now, we may need to revise your past, to give you options. While you could still remember your past as it "really" happened, you could draw on what it would feel like to have the alternate past. That past would be meshed in with yours in a way that is very safe, and effective in creating more freedom.
Hypnosis can help your every day life
Hypnotherapy can help aid weight loss, releasing addictions and patterns, making better choices, motivation, focus.
It's excellent for helping promote better sleep and dreams, and is useful in creating more lucid dreams, and dream recall.
It can help reduce phobias, persistent thoughts, and emotional blockages.
Hypnosis can help you understand your life better, remember what led to your current issues, and give you insights about anything your rational mind doesn't know about your body, mind, or spirit.
Remembering events hidden in the subconscious
Hypnotherapy using the LucidPlay method goes beyond just the subconscious, which can be unreliable, and asks questions of the higher self, which, when cleared by the sessions, can be a clear channel. The subconscious normally hides those traumatic events which are too much for us to deal with, but they can be recovered in hypnotherapy in a non threatening way.
Any work we do recalling memories is done with utomost attention to avoiding putting ideas into the subconscious. The questions are neutral.
However, there may be things I can help you piece together about what happened in your life, and there are LucidPlay methods that help with that. So while we don't add anything to your subconscious, we do extract clues if you like.
Sometimes events are hidden in the subconscious on purpose by perpetrators of traumas, mind controllers, abductors, cults, secret societies, abusers, and government program agents, and these can be addressed as well by those who are truly ready and committed and are willing to do their part.
A survey of psychotherapy literature by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. revealed the following
recovery rates:
Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions
Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
Hypnotherapy 93% Recovery after 6 sessions
