Incorporating Verve and Creativity into Yoga
Keep your employees happy. They work hard all day, and may drive home alone to a cramped space to hope their bodies recuperate from the day's stressful activities. Help them free the energy movement of their bodies and minds.
They are ready for a relaxing and rejuvinating combination of yoga and breath work and exciting meditations and instructions on extremely helpful balancing techniques. These traditional and imaginative activities affect the endoctrine system's production of the very chemicals that allow your employees to be brilliantly successful. They liberate the body and mind of painful distractions, helping them be more accurate, zestful,
This unique Employee Wellness Program, in each session, will then guide the employees into productive play. This special enhancement of yoga stands out because, normally, after a company yoga session, the partipants would finish on a meditation, or become distracted by the physical movements and lose track of the whole spiritual purpose of yoga, and then go home. They would not interact while still in a meditative space, but snap out of it into ordinary conversation, often, and an abrupt change of behavior towards each other. They would never have the chance to relate to each other beyond the ego. And it is all more work, taking orders and concentrating on learning new things and performing well. In this Lucid Play program, after Tantra yoga, (non sexual) they would allow their bodies to move in specified ways they are not used to, from a place beyond the usual beta brain wave thinking that tells it what to do. And they do this in creative ways that bring out new ways of thinking. For example, they may pretend to be different animals. Yoga was begun partly by mimicing animals. New synapses are created in the process of doing this kind of activity. And it's fun.
Tantra Yoga balances the two opposed aspects of the physiology, such as the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. When they are balanced, we feel ourselves doing and yet not doing at the same time. This is a large attitude adjustment, and it allows the parasympathetic nervous system to have some say in the matter rather than being pressured by the sympathetic nervous system all the time, which leads to serious Burn Out. This is the playspace your group will inhabit if you move together, exploring the state of mind created through freeing up restrictions through the first part of the session. They are then free to act from that space wordlessly, in a variety of specified activities. It is the goal of yoga to experience the Lila, or play, of the universe, to feel Playfulness acting itself out through us, together..
Group sessions are available in any number of installations or durations.

The Dance of Shiva is one method of acting out the Lila, or Play, of the Universe, which involves moving in a slow, almost Tai Chi manner, letting the body position itself as it wants to, without the consciousness becomes involved in telling it what to do. I studied this with Luke Pearson, as translated from the texts of Patanjali, the original recorder of yogic asanas.
One entertaining form of yogic play involves coming out of the period of asanas, pranayamas, and meditations, by letting the body move on the floor as it wants to, making sounds it wants to. This turns into a group of extremely happy, refreshed, glowing people.
While the value of play for children is stressed, the need for play as adults has been lost in the work based world. But adults who do find time to truly play live a charmed life.
Sound
Another form of Lucid Play freedom of movement is making sounds that come naturally. Yoga instructs us in specific sounds, and while we would do those very effective, powerful tonings at the beginning, we would tune into our own ability to find what sounds we need to make. We can even tune in to what others need to hear at the time and make sounds for each other. These tend to become very fun and enjoyable, as well as healing and expressive.
Lucid Waking Dreams
Employees can use many Lucid Play methods during these sessions, such as asking questions of the part of the self normally inacessable. The questions may be personal, or may relate to work related questions and help come up with new startling insights that help the company progress.
