Overview of the Term LucidPlay
Lucid: Limpid. With clear vision and understanding and use of all the faculties. Glowing from within.
Play: Used in the sense of To Play, or The Play.
The more we become lucid, through Tantric exercises, for example, or hypnotherapy, the more we are able to play, and to see clearly the play of life.
When we are lucid, we play more, and Lucid Play can be used therapeutically to delve into mysteries, solve puzzling questions; it can be used to interact with others from the highest levels of the self; and it can be used creatively to make works of genius.
LucidPlay is used here is more than one interwoven way. It is the name of the sessions that we can do in which you participate fully, moving beyond the usual ways of interacting, and behaving and feeling and seeing, and it is the concept which goes far beyond me. In general, my products, free website information, and services help you attain the state of LucidPlay within your life.
LucidPlay is the name of my company, through which I do a variety of services such as hypnotherapy, healing work, energy cleansing, Tantra training, aura reading, past life readings, Kundalini counseling, chakra opening and unblocking and aligning, and sessions and workshops which are specifically called Lucid Play, some of which focus on creative work, developing psychic skills, Tantric interactions, etc.. All of these services are focused on the idea of LucidPlay, but go in various directions. They are set up for individuals, couples, and groups. Those wanting to study Tantra Yoga can see my other site, which I can provide you upon request. Anything we do, such as hypnotherapy, is slightly different from what is normally done under those names because it is LucidPlay Hypnotherapy, for example. You participate more, from a different state of awareness.
Under the umbrella of LucidPlay, LucidPlay Productions include DVDs, etc. and under that, LucidPlay Publications includes books, etc. These help people learn Tantra Yoga, the dynamics of auras, and more.
LucidPlay as a concept is something I am offering much free instruction on here in this site through the list of exercises, of which many more are available through sessions. You can forget all the services and goods I'm offering, and from where ever you are, take full advantage of this site by doing those exercises, and watching the free videos. I generally use the Lucid Fiction studios logo for the free videos, and the LucidPlay for those more professionally done DVDs.
Basically, LucidPlay is using methods such as Tantra Yoga, Taoist practices, etc. to go into deep states of awareness, and stay within those to interact spontaneously, and creatively with the world, or with other people without abiding by the usual rules of conduct. While simple meditation takes us into alpha brain-waves, being in a trance while being creative in a fluid, non-regimented way can take us deeper, into theta brain-waves. By making sounds that are not language, and movements that are not goal oriented, we move out of the routine. By doing this in conjunction with others, we are able to acknowledge that we are spirits, together.
Being in theta is very healing, revelatory, helping to integrate the parts of the self, move us into more parasympathetic dominance, and it gives us totally different perspective on reality from beta.
Beta brain-wave perspectives are useful, but are very limiting, ego oriented generally, as we divide everything up into separation, labels, rather than seeing it as one continuum. While we can understand mystical concepts from a beta brain-wave, being able to fully grasp them from the inside out requires the lower brain-waves.
LucidPlay is something anyone can do who truly practices exercises such as Tantra Yoga with profound depth and dedication to the spirit, and then acts from within that state in some creative way within the world, without having to be trained specifically by me. I like to promote people who do it.
When people do LucidPlay, they begin to see through the illusions of being in this limited incarnated form, and the illusions the controllers of our society have put over the populace since the beginning of time. We can see that people are not just encased in flesh, but have visible auras which interact in surprising ways. We can see that the controllers are using many techniques to brainwash people into not seeing what is going on, and into losing touch with their power, their expansion, their wisdom.
It's time to take our power back, to flow more freely with nature, to delve into the mysterious parts of ourselves we have forgotten, to become more playful and free.
